How do I place an order

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Shop for your item based on Category
  3. Add the item into the shopping cart
  4. View cart to check out
  5. Insert Coupon /Discount code (if applicable)
  6. Select Mailing Method
  7. Click Proceed to Checkout
  8. Key in your billing and delivery address
  9. Accept Terms & Conditions
  10. Make your Payment (You’ll be directed to a separate page for Paypal Payment)
  11. You will receive an order confirmation via email

How do I check my order status?

Kindly log into your account and click ‘Orders’ on the left tab. Your order number with the items purchased will be reflected in the system. Do note that only users who have an account will be able to check their order status.

Can I amend my order?

We are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. A change of sizing, colour, adding or removing items, combining of orders, changing of billing or shipping address is not prohibited upon checking out.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Can I get a refund if the price has changes since I ordered it?

As an established online retailer in Singapore, our prices change accordingly to the current trends, inventory as well as demands from our customers. We are unable to provide a refund for the difference in price.

Is my item secured upon adding it into the cart?

Only items that are being cart out with successful payment are securely yours. Adding of items in the cart does not guarantee the availability of it upon checking out.
