In light of the COVID-19 situation in Singapore, we have adjusted our operational hours as per follows:
An order completion email from us would meant that the shoes has been prepared for collection in our store.
Terms & Conditions
- All purchases to be collected from store within 7 working days from the date of order completion email
- To avoid disappointment, refrain from collecting the items before the order completion email
- A failure of collection after 7 working days will result in the items being sent back to our main office. A top up of courier charges is required for the shoes to be delivered to you
- Items will be disposed after 20 working days if we fail to receive any response from the customers without any refund
Exchange for Self-Collected Purchases
- In the event that the shoes do not fit, an exchange can be done in our storefront with stocks subject to availability
- The exchanged items will only be applicable for sizing misfits. A change of design is not applicable.
- In the event if the alternative sizing is unavailable, customers can choose to exchange for another design of an equal value
- A top up will be required if the exchanged pair is of a higher value however a refund is not allowed if the exchanged pair is of a lower value
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and Seira Elves reserve the right to do an exchange with a similar value, same design of a different color, or refunding you via online-store credit with a 365 days validity
- All top ups will be made via PayNow at our storefront
