All returns are to be made within 7 working days from the date of receiving your order

  • Return is only applicable if items received are defective
  • Return is only applicable if items received are the wrong items sent
  • Please make sure the item(s) hasn’t been used and is in the original condition with original packing, tags and tickets attached
  • Gift cards purchased cannot be returned
  • Refunds of returned item(s) will be via our online store credit with a 365 days validity

How do I return the items?

Option 1: Return via mailing

  • shipping cost to be borne by customer
  • shipping with tracking number to be encouraged, Seira Elves will not be liable for any loss of returned parcel

Option 2: Return via drop off @ Store

  • Appointment to be made with our team prior to dropping off of the return item(s)

Exchange policy

  • Exchanges are to be informed within 7 working days from the date of receiving your order
  • Exchange is not applicable for a change of design or colour of the item(s)
  • Exchange is not applicable due to a colour differentiation from the product image due to lighting or computer calibration
  • Exchange is not application due to an accessory placement e.g. ribbons or tassels mispositioning
  • Exchange is only applicable for products purchase on our website www.seiraelves.com
  • Exchange is applicable for sizing issue i.e. product do not fit and a change of size is required
  • Exchange is applicable for defective items
  • Exchange is applicable for item(s) purchased used by a gift voucher
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and Seira Elves reserve the right to do an exchange with a similar value, same design of a different color, or refunding you via online-store credit with a 365 days validity
  • Courier fees will be refunded for items of defective item(s) only.

How do I arrange for an exchange?

Upon verification and confirmation from Seira Elves Team of the exchange, following are the 2 options for exchanging the item

Option 1: Return via mailing

  • shipping cost to our location is to be borne by the customer
  • shipping with tracking number to be encouraged, Seira Elves will not be liable for any loss of returned parcel
  • Seira Elves will mail out the exchanged item to you upon receiving the purchased item

Option 2: Return via drop off @ Store

  • Appointment to be made with our team prior to dropping off of the return item(s)
  • To avoid disappointment and a wasted trip, do allow Seira Elves Team to confirm the date, timing, product for exchange before heading down to the store.

Terms & Conditions

  • Seira Elves reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns, refunds or exchanges
  • Seira Elves shall not consider any incidental marks and/or composition variances of the material as a manufacturing defect
  • Seira Elves shall not accept any item(s) which was purchased more than 90 days from the date of receiving the item of any reason
  • Seira Elves shall not be responsible for any damage of the item(s) caused by inappropriate use of the user or wear and tear
  • Seira Elves Singapore’s decisions on Returns are final

 

Store Purchases

We are sorry that currently we are unable to except any refund or exchange for purchases made in our store.

 

Self Collection @ Store

Terms & Conditions

  • All purchases to be collected from store within 7 working days from the date of order completion email
  • To avoid disappointment, refrain from collecting the items before the order completion email
  • A failure of collection after 7 working days will result in the items being sent back to our main office. A top up of courier charges is required for the shoes to be delivered to you
  • Items will be disposed after 20 working days if we fail to receive any response from the customers without any refund

Exchange for Self-Collected Purchases

  • In the event that the shoes do not fit, an exchange can be done in our storefront with stocks subject to availability
  • The exchanged items will only be applicable for sizing misfits. A change of design is not applicable.
  • In the event if the alternative sizing is unavailable, customers can choose to exchange for another design of an equal value
  • A top up will be required if the exchanged pair is of a higher value however a refund is not allowed if the exchanged pair is of a lower value
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and Seira Elves reserve the right to do an exchange with a similar value, same design of a different color, or refunding you via online-store credit with a 365 days validity
  • All top ups will be made via PayNow in our storefront
